 Non-Resident Snowmobile Pass
Out-of-State Public Trails and Lands Access Permit
Out-of-State Snowmobilers—Snowmobiles registered outside of North Dakota are required to purchase an Out-of-State Public Trails and Lands Access Permit to operate on public right of ways, lands, and trail systems. The permit costs $15.00 per year and must be kept in the riders immediate possession at all times while riding within the state.
